Today we woke up in the beautiful city of Quito. We stayed
at a great little hotel called Quito Airport Hotel and started with some breakfast
and a few words to god. Kendra lead the prayer as we prayed for the people of
Ecuador, the children of Casa De Fae, our fellow missionaries, and all of our
loved ones and friends at home. As we continued on our adventure to shell we
made a few stops along the four hour journey. Along the way we stopped at the
groups favorite ice cream shop called Mickos, and then dropped in at a little
town called Banos where we grabbed lunch and enjoyed an awesome view of the
waterfall. After a long day of traveling we made it to our final stop of the
day Shell Ecuador. Here we meet with our group coordinator, where he briefed the
new comers on how things work, rules, and that it is best to face life with no preconceived
expectations. Instead, to look for ways that one can help. We finished the
night with dinner, song and prayer.
