(Sunday) We went to church in Puyo.  The pastor's name is Carlos, and his wife, Alicia is the Director at Casa de Fe.  The service was exciting; the worship there is very open. As each church member trickled in, they would find a pew and kneel for a short prayer before joining in worship.
After church, we had lunch at Abuelos with Mark and his family, Carlos and his family, and a few other friends from church and Casa de Fe.  Abuelos happens to be across the street from Mikos, so we had ice cream after lunch.
Today we spent time with some of the children from Casa de Fe, walking with them to the river park near the Casa.  The children were excited for the activity.
Near supper time, we decided we were not hungry enough for a generous supper from a restaurant.  We purchased some mora jelly and expensive peanut butter and bread and made sandwiches at the hotel.  We enjoyed a crowded super-bowl party in one of the hotel rooms with Mandy and Journey, who loves peanut butter!
