So here we are in the Minneapolis airport all wearing matching shirts. It was a short flight to Houston. Now we are waiting for the last leg of the journey in the air.

Giving thanks always and for everything to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ,
Some of our team at Cormorant Lutheran's sending service. Left to right are Rita Soine, Barb Johnson, Rae Holte, Jeff Holte, Jon Moore, Kendra Mohn, Nancy Evans and Pastor Wade Dutton. Missing are Carole Skalsky, Jenica Boelter, Traci Dovenmuehler, Wanda Ashmore and Benita Olsen. It was an exciting and emotional morning with the nearness of our trip being realized and the morning's sermon and music touching us in such meaningful ways. We are all so grateful for everyone's support, encouragement and prayers and to God for using us to His good purpose.

A new team Begins their Journey-2017
The 2017 Team to Casa de Fe has met with our fearless leaders more than once. BUT never all of us at the same time. This Wednesday, we will all come together in Minneapolis to see what God has in store.
6And having gifts differing according to the grace that was given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of our faith; 7or ministry, let us give ourselves to our ministry; or he that teacheth, to his teaching; 8or he that exhorteth, to his exhorting: he that giveth, let him do it with liberality; he that ruleth, with diligence; he that sheweth mercy, with cheerfulness.
Romans 12:6-8
Some of the team started by shopping at WalMart. We knocked almost all the items on the needs lists for Casa de Fe.
Jenica and Carole were blessed at Olivet Lutheran Church, Fargo ND
